What we repair
Air brake systems, chambers, S-cams, and slack adjusters. ABS faults. Lighting and wiring, which on a trailer is most of what actually strands one. Suspension and air bags. Fifth wheel, landing gear, and king pin. Wheel seals and hub work. Welding and fabrication for cracked frames, broken crossmembers, damaged rails, and torn-off brackets. Liftgate repair. Tires in every position.
Lights and air are the two that get you
The overwhelming majority of trailer problems are electrical or pneumatic, and they are the two things a roadside inspection looks at first. A corroded ground, a chafed harness where the loom crosses a crossmember, a cracked glad hand seal, a leaking chamber. None of it is expensive to fix and all of it will put a unit out of service. Trailer lighting and air leaks are the most common things we correct on inspections.
We run our own trailers
The sister carrier runs twelve trailers out of this same yard — flatbeds, step decks, and end dumps working the I-10 corridor. Those trailers are maintained here. Landing gear that will not crank in a muddy laydown yard, a king pin that has taken abuse, air bags that gave out on a plant road: we have fixed all of it on our own equipment before we ever quoted it to yours.
Drop it and leave it
A trailer can be dropped without holding an appointment slot and worked when the bay comes open. The yard is gated with cameras on site, so it is not sitting on a public shoulder while it waits. For fleets, that is the difference between a trailer waiting on us and a driver waiting on us.
