Services
Two ways to get work done: the service truck comes to you inside a 75-mile radius of Port Arthur, or the truck comes to our bays on FM 365. Most calls start on the phone with a straight answer about which one your problem needs.
Mobile & Roadside
The service truck comes to you, anywhere in a 75-mile ring around Port Arthur.
Mobile Diesel Mechanic
A technician and a stocked service truck come to the truck, anywhere in a 75-mile ring around Port Arthur.
Mobile Truck Diagnostics
Fault codes, live data, and electrical troubleshooting read at the truck, not at the shop.
Semi Truck Tire Repair
Roadside flats, blowouts, and replacements — steer, drive, and trailer positions.
Shop Repair
For the work that needs the truck steady, a lift, and time to do it once.
Semi Truck Repair
The work a service truck cannot do on a shoulder — and a gated yard to leave it in.
DPF Cleaning
Filter service plus the diagnosis of why it plugged in the first place.
Forced Regen
Get the truck out of derate — then find out why it stopped regenerating on its own.
Semi-Trailer Repair
Commercial semi-trailers — brakes, air, running gear, structure, and welding.
Fleet & Compliance
Inspections, PM, and scheduling for operations running more than one truck.
DOT Inspection
Annual federal periodic inspections, run in the shop by a qualified inspector.
PM Service
Scheduled preventive maintenance set to how your trucks actually run, not to a number off a chart.
Fleet Services
PM programs, drop service, compliance support, and yard capacity for operations running more than one truck.
What we send elsewhere
A shop that claims everything is a shop that does some of it badly. These are the jobs we do not take, and we would rather tell you now than halfway through. Ask when you call and we will point you at somebody who does them for a living.
- Engine rebuilds and in-frame engine work
- Open-ended electrical chases through damaged or heavily modified wiring — we will check it and tell you early if it is a hunt rather than a fix
- Transmission rebuilds — we diagnose and do R&R, the internals go to a builder
- Wheel alignment — no rack here, so we sublet it or point you to a shop that has one
- Mobile DOT inspections — inspections are shop-only
- RVs, travel trailers, boat trailers, and buses
Questions we get
What is mobile and what has to come to the shop?
Diagnostics, electrical, air systems, brakes, starters and alternators, tires, and fuel delivery go mobile. Clutch, driveline, fifth wheel and king pin, DPF cleaning, welding, and DOT inspections are shop work — they need a bay and a lift to be done once instead of twice.
What makes do you work on?
All the major ones. Our scanner covers every major make, and the shop has thirty-plus years of mechanic experience behind it.
Do you publish prices?
Not on this site. Send the truck details and what it is doing and Marcus will come back with a quote — that is more useful than a number that does not know your truck.
